Our Escuelita Corner

Hi, my name is Alyssa! I am a stay at home mom to two littles. Before becoming a mom, I was a preschool teacher. As much as I loved teaching and working with children, my true calling has always been motherhood. After having my first daughter, I made the decision to leave the classroom to stay home with her. I have been using my background in teaching and Early Childhood Education to create simple lesson plans for my toddler at home, focusing on our native language: Español! My hope with Our Escuelita Corner is that I can help other moms, whether raising bilingual babies or not, do the same!
